New Format

So, my life is like many others, filled with stuff to do. It feels like the older you get the less energy you have and the more you need to get done, hahaha.

I am middle of life, two kids, one house, a lovely spouse, a boatload of dogs and grown-up problems with a limited time to do what you want.

Now I have a quite good life, I am not complaining, but it leaves just so much time for hobbies.

Despite all above I do mange to squeeze in some hobby time every day, even if it is reduced to 10min some days.

I kind of need my toy soldiers and my fantasy worlds to remain sain, it is almost like meditation most of the time.

And one might underestimate how much you can get done by just being consistent in doing something every day.

Over the week end , I finished up my Zoraida and friends. I went back to her to add some details and some colors. She looked fine before, but it was just something missing. I think she looks much better now.

Also managed to finish the Waldgeists bases. I use clear UV resin from greenstuff world for the water. Living in Sweden this time of the year means very restricted sunlight…and being at work most of the day, it also means I only see daylight on the weekends haha. But I had some time and plenty of sun yesterday, so I manged to finish the bases.

I also have started on some gretchins for my orks. Love these guys. I have tried to strip them the best I can, but it won’t get any better. It doesn’t really matter to me. I think I can give them an ok paint job despite the under-laying colors being a little thick.
